Chris Stone -'Visiting and Photographing British Coastal Locations'.

Chris Stone was presenting a talk on 'Visiting and Photographing British Coastal Locations'. Unfortunately it was apparently some time since Chris had done a Zoom presentation and he needed some assistance to get things going. With Perers help he managed to share his screen and we set off on what was best described as a travelogue of coastal areas starting in the Scilly Isles and Cornwall and travelling along the South coast and then moving North through Gloucestershire and Wales, North West England, Scotland and finally down the East Coast. We then took a short break with Chris intending to give us another tour of the British Isles after that. Sadly even with assistance he was unable to get his second presentation onto our screens and after several attempts and much help from Peter a decision was taken to end the meeting.

Thanks must go to Peter for his valiant attempts to help and his patience under trying circumstances.

Next week's meeting is our competition, back in the Rugby Club. It is, of course, a PDI competition on the theme of 'Threes' and the open class.

I have been asked to remind everyone to please bring your own mugs if you want to have refreshments in the break. There are only a very limited number of mugs available so it's important everyone brings their own.
