Last night we were entertained by our Chairman Peter Tickner. For many, it was something of a road trip down memory lane!! He showed us some images from some of the 80 or so Club Days out that he has attended in the past years.

It was interesting to see a few of the places that the Club has visited and the members who had also gone on them, some past members and some current ones. London, Bath and Bristol have been the urban destinations and many rural and coastal destinations in the West Country have been visited, Bodmin, Dartmoor and Exmoor, Portland etc etc!. The heritage buses driven by Andrew also featured, we have been very lucky to have had great days out on 'his' buses. Many other events, such as ploughing Championships, Ted and his ice creams and picnic eating in Exford were also covered!

Peter's talks were illustrated with some of his images which really brought the days out to life! Lovely landscapes of points of interest from Peter's favourite - Dartmoor and many other places and only a few trains!!
