The evening was devoted to an exploration of the PAGB awards - namely the CPAGB and consisted of a presentation by Peter Elliston and Paul Carter - useful in that it went over many of the things members would need to know if they were considering applying for this distinction. It was also useful show my digital images and Paul and Rachel Carter's prints to give an idea of the standard involved.

Whilst going for these awards will not be for everyone, we are sure that there are club members who could do it and their photography would benefit as a result. We will form a self-help group after Christmas and invite members to come to discuss how best they can proceed with their applications and provide help with their picture selection.
