It was Dulverton Camera Club's turn to entertain us, they are a very small club but they have some very accomplished photographers. We were shown some amazing images from a wide range of genres. Mike Sherwin showed us an AV of fireworks, and then some amazing kingfisher images - loads of them and many of us have only spied a kingfisher a handful of times. Wonderful! I dread to think how long he sat waiting for their appearance!

Loads more birds were shown to us by Basil taken during the time he has spent in the Scottish Highlands. I lost count of the number of species of birds that he has photographed and showed us. Also mammals - hares, rabbits, a pine marten etc!! Again, Basil must have waited to get these shots for ages and walked miles sometimes in arctic conditions!!

Geoff is more a 'creative' photographer! He showed us an AV 'Time" - very freaky!!, how he took smoke images, nearly knocking himself out in the process and then some amazing images that he has made with these smoke photos - what an imagination, matched with great technical know how!

Mike rounded the evening off with some beautiful images of deer rutting; they were stunning photographs!!

What a trio of talented gents!
